Dear Colleges:
Fiscal year-end 2026 is approaching. The deadline to request an Unsealed Solicitation (UIFB), also known as Quick Quote, is May 8, 2026. This date is also the Division of General Services’ deadline for submissions needing their approval, such as exemption, solicitation, and cooperative contract requests.
As a reminder, again this year there is no deadline for requisitions under $10,000 and those over $10,000 that do not need solicitation. Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) requisitions can be submitted until the integration shutdown, with unprocessed ones moving to FY27. Requisitions intended for FY27 may be submitted through the integration shutdown date. Please note: The integration shutdown date and the FY27 opening date are estimated as Fiscal Services has not confirmed them yet.
